Megablock Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Players

By registering an account, accessing the Megablock platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Megablock. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms apply to all products available on Megablock including sports betting, live casino, bingo, slots and the VIP programme. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions or product features — where they exist, those additional terms will be clearly displayed at the point of the relevant offer or product. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion or product terms take precedence over these general terms for that particular matter only.

Megablock is intended solely as an entertainment platform. It does not constitute financial advice, investment guidance or any form of guaranteed income. The outcome of all games and bets is uncertain by nature. You acknowledge that you may lose funds placed as bets or wagers and you accept that risk before participating.

To register and use a Megablock account you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• You are registering as an individual for personal, non-commercial use only
• You have not previously had a Megablock account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these terms
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion period on your account
• All information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate and current

Megablock is strictly for adults. Creating an account on behalf of another person or allowing a minor to access your account is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure. If we have reasonable grounds to believe a registered user is under 18, we will suspend the account pending age verification and withhold any associated balance until the matter is resolved.

When registering, you must provide a valid email address, a mobile number associated with your JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet, and accurate personal details. Megablock may request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any stage. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

Your Megablock account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out under your credentials, including any bets placed, deposits made or personal information changed while logged in to your account. You must not share your username or password with any other person for any reason.

Megablock will never contact you to request your password by email, chat or any other channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support immediately. You should choose a strong, unique password for your account and update it if you suspect it has been compromised.

• Keep your contact details including email and mobile number up to date in account settings
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device
• Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access
• Do not use automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the platform

Megablock reserves the right to suspend or close any account where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, abuse of platform systems, identity misrepresentation or breach of these terms. Where an account is closed due to proven breach, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation. Accounts showing no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant and subject to administrative review.

All deposits and account balances on Megablock are held and transacted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion involved. Megablock accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• JazzCash — instant deposit via registered mobile wallet
• Easypaisa — instant deposit via registered mobile account
• Raast — instant bank-to-platform transfer
• Standard bank transfer — processed within standard banking hours
• Debit and credit cards — subject to your issuing bank's approval

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account belongs to a different person — are not accepted. If a third-party deposit is received, it will be returned to its source and the associated Megablock account may be suspended pending review.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your account. These limits may vary by payment method. Megablock does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges — this is outside Megablock's control.

You may withdraw your available PKR balance at any time subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Megablock may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above a specified threshold.

• Withdrawal requests submitted before 8pm PST are processed the same business day
• Requests submitted after 8pm PST are processed on the following business day
• VIP Gold and Diamond members receive priority withdrawal processing
• Large wins and jackpot payouts may be subject to an additional verification review
• Withdrawals are processed to accounts in your own name only

Bonus funds that have not met the required wagering conditions cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balance that has satisfied any applicable wagering requirements is available for withdrawal. If you have an active bonus, the bonus terms will specify which portion of your balance is available for withdrawal and which portion is subject to further wagering.

Megablock reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is ongoing investigation into potential fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses or breach of these terms. You will be informed of any hold placed on your withdrawal and the reason for it within a reasonable timeframe.

Megablock offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly cashback on sports and casino activity, free bingo tickets and PSL match-day specials. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms which will be displayed alongside each offer. These general principles apply to all bonuses unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred to another account
• Each bonus offer is available once per eligible account unless stated otherwise
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to support and will be reclaimed if not
• Megablock reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time without notice
• Attempting to exploit a bonus through systematic or coordinated play is prohibited

Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated per offer) must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal is permitted. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — sports bets typically contribute 100%, while some casino games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per offer.

All sports bets placed on Megablock are subject to these general betting rules. Megablock covers cricket including PSL matches, T20 internationals and Test series, as well as football, Esports and other international sports. The following rules apply across all markets:

• Bets are accepted and settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed
• In-play bets are accepted at the live odds shown at the moment of submission — not at the odds displayed before you clicked to place the bet
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per market and are shown on the bet slip
• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed by the system
• Megablock reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect prices due to a technical or human error
• If a sporting event is postponed and not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be void and stakes returned

For cricket specifically — including PSL, T20 internationals and domestic matches — the result used for bet settlement is the official match result as declared by the relevant cricket board. In the event of a match being abandoned due to weather or other circumstances, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results are accepted as valid outcomes where applicable. Matches with no result declared are settled as void.

Megablock monitors betting patterns for potential abuse including match manipulation, arbitrage betting at scale and use of automated systems. Accounts displaying such patterns may have bets voided, winnings withheld and accounts closed without prior notice.

The Megablock live casino streams real dealer tables 24 hours a day including roulette, blackjack, baccarat and game show formats. The following rules apply to live casino play:

• All live casino outcomes are determined by the real-time actions of the dealer and physical game equipment — cards, wheels and dice as applicable
• In the event of a technical disconnection mid-round, the outcome of the round will be determined by the actual game result and your bet settled accordingly once reconnected
• Table minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed on each table before you join
• Chat functionality in live casino rooms must be used respectfully — abusive or inappropriate messages will result in chat access being removed

Live casino games are hosted by third-party studio providers. Megablock is not responsible for technical issues originating from the studio provider's infrastructure, though any resulting disputes will be handled by Megablock support on your behalf. Where a game round cannot be verified due to a complete loss of data, the affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

Megablock bingo operates multiple rooms simultaneously with different ticket price points and prize pools in PKR. The following rules apply to all bingo rooms:

• Bingo tickets must be purchased before the game starts — no late entries are accepted once a game is in progress
• All cards are auto-daubed automatically — you do not need to manually mark numbers
• Prizes are settled instantly at the end of each game and credited to your PKR balance
• In the event of a tie — multiple cards completing the winning pattern simultaneously — the prize pool is split equally between all winning cards
• Cricket Bingo rooms run themed games during PSL match days with boosted prize pools as advertised
• Bingo prize winnings have no minimum withdrawal threshold — any amount can be withdrawn immediately

The Megablock VIP programme rewards consistent players across all platform activity with progressively improved benefits at higher tiers. The following conditions apply:

• VIP points accumulate based on real-money wagering activity across sports betting, live casino and bingo
• Bonus funds wagering does not contribute to VIP point accumulation
• Tier upgrades are reviewed and applied automatically based on points accumulated within the qualifying period
• Tier downgrades may occur if activity falls below the minimum threshold for the current tier during a review period
• VIP benefits including cashback rates, withdrawal priority and exclusive room access are subject to change
• VIP status is personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred

Megablock reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the VIP programme with reasonable notice. Where a player has accrued points under the current programme structure, those points will remain valid for a reasonable period following any structural changes. Megablock is an entertainment platform, not a financial product. All games and bets carry the risk of financial loss. We actively encourage all players to manage their gaming as part of a wider entertainment budget — not as a source of income or a way to recover previous losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players from their account settings:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps
• Session time reminders — receive a notification when a session reaches a specified duration
• Cool-off periods — temporarily restrict access to your account for a chosen period
• Self-exclusion — permanently exclude your account from the platform

Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is active, Megablock will not knowingly accept deposits or bets from the excluded account and will unsubscribe the account from all promotional communications. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Megablock platform. Violation of any of these will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and possible reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account under any name or identity
• Using false, stolen or third-party identity information during registration or verification
• Using automated bots, scripts or AI tools to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting platform errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes or manipulate results
• Using Megablock for any form of money laundering or financial crime
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or replicate any part of the Megablock platform
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing others to operate your account
• Abusing staff, support agents or other players through any communication channel

Where prohibited conduct is suspected, Megablock reserves the right to immediately suspend account access, freeze all balances and conduct a full investigation before any funds are released. The outcome of such investigations is final and binding.

All content on the Megablock platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, promotional materials and underlying software — is the property of Megablock or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify or create derivative works from any part of the Megablock platform without express written permission. Unauthorised use of the Megablock brand, logo or any platform content for commercial or promotional purposes is strictly prohibited.

Megablock provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we aim to maintain continuous, error-free service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control including internet outages and third-party provider failures.

• Megablock is not liable for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on your side
• We are not responsible for losses caused by delayed or failed transactions where the delay originates from your bank or wallet provider
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses of any kind
• Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the PKR balance held in your account at the time of the relevant event

Nothing in these terms limits Megablock's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. If you believe Megablock has caused you a direct loss through a verified platform error, contact support with full details and the matter will be investigated and resolved fairly.

Megablock may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Megablock also reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any product, feature or promotion at any time. Where a product is discontinued, any pending bets on that product will be settled or voided in accordance with the rules applicable at the time they were placed.

If you have a question about these terms, a dispute regarding a bet settlement or a complaint about any aspect of the Megablock platform, contact the support team in the first instance. The primary support channel is email and responses are provided in Pakistan English seven days a week.

When submitting a complaint, include the following information to help the team resolve your issue as quickly as possible:

• Your registered email address or account username
• A clear description of the issue including dates and times where relevant
• The relevant bet ID, transaction reference or game round ID if applicable
• What outcome you are requesting to resolve the complaint

Megablock aims to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within five business days. Complex matters may take longer — you will be kept informed of progress. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the support team, you may request escalation to a senior review. The decision of the escalated review is final and binding under these terms.
